All firearm sales are final. Due to federal and state regulations governing firearm transfers, firearms cannot be returned or refunded once they have been transferred to a customer or shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, except where required by law or in cases of verified manufacturer defects. All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer for legal transfer in accordance with applicable regulations.
All NFA-regulated items, including suppressors and short-barreled rifles, are non-refundable and non-returnable once ATF paperwork has been submitted. These items are subject to federal approval processes and cannot be canceled or reversed after filing.
Custom services, including gunsmithing, Cerakote, laser engraving, modifications, and other firearm-related work, are non-refundable once work has begun. Payments and deposits cover labor, materials, and shop time and are not refundable. Turnaround times provided are estimates only and may vary based on workload, project complexity, or parts availability.
Non-firearm accessories and merchandise may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to approval. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply depending on the product type, condition upon return, and processing requirements. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Deep Roots Rifle Company LLC within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographs and order details. We will review the claim and provide instructions for resolution where applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times vary by financial institution but typically take five to ten business days.
Orders refused or returned due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or FFL issues may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and processing fees.
Deep Roots Rifle Company LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
