All firearm transfers must comply with federal and state law. Deep Roots Rifle Company LLC is a licensed FFL and will only receive or ship firearms in accordance with ATF guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring your receiving FFL dealer is eligible to accept the transfer.
NFA items (e.g., suppressors, SBRs) require additional paperwork and wait times and will only be transferred upon ATF approval.
Deep Roots Rifle Company LLC provides professional gunsmithing, Cerakote, laser engraving, and other firearm customization services. These services are provided at your request and may void manufacturer warranties. You agree that you are responsible for providing accurate instructions and that all work is performed at your risk.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, materials, and other factors.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before any custom work begins or orders are processed. We accept credit/debit cards and other forms of approved payment.
Any applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout or invoicing.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Firearm sales are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation prior to work or order processing, a restocking or labor fee may apply.
