The Hawkins Precision M5 Oberndorf BDL Bottom Metal brings the proven Oberndorf hinged floorplate design to any M5-inletted stock — no custom inlet work required. Whether you’re building a lightweight hunting rifle or upgrading an existing platform, this bottom metal delivers a clean, functional BDL setup that drops right into your M5 stock.

Engineered with a reversible and adjustable magazine/floorplate catch and a thicker floorplate designed to operate at reduced spring pressure, the M5 Oberndorf excels where lesser designs fall short: reliable feeding of three Ultra Magnum cartridges. Thin floorplates can fight you during loading; this one won’t.

Available in Long Action, Short Action, and Medium/XM+ Action lengths, and configurable with either a Wyatt Extended Magazine Box or R700 Standard Box. Choose between a Black Anodized or Raw Aluminum finish to match your build.
